Students will learn what it means to be emotionally intelligent. They will learn how to unlock their potential by being aware of limiting thoughts, habits, and different perspectives. Students will learn how to improve focus and attention by managing emotions, developing coherence between mind, body and heart, and other mind training techniques.
What makes this program different is it is based on the latest nuero-scientific research. This program not only raises awareness of thoughts, emotions and behaviors, it also provides practical tips on how to develop Emotional Intelligence to overcome obstacles.
It is a comprehensive package which includes an information presentation for parents or committees to explain the program, a step by step guide to deliver the modules, all materials and master copies, and newsletters for parents after each of the 10 modules.
Each module includes support materials such as activity sheets, PowerPoint Presentations, Biodots and student handouts.
A student journal or notebook is required for this program (not included) to support reflective learning activities that are contained within the program.
