A booklet is included which contains 15 exercises on how the emotIcons can be used to explore emotional intelligence competencies for both adults and children.
For example, the first exercise is the emotIcon Rating Scale
Objectives:  Increase Emotional Literacy.  Develop group communication.

• Each person chooses an object representing how s/he feels at the moment.  Go around the group, each shares his object, what feeling it represents, and a one-line explanation.

• After each person has spoken, ask group members if they have any questions for anyone else in the group.
