The LVS Mat comes with instructions for utilizing the mat in team or individual coaching that gets to the essential of vital leadership. There are many creative ways of using this tool to assess the current situation, contemplate change, reflect on the group needs, etc. It can be used to explore individual and/or group dynamics.

Note: The mat has labels related to the Leadership Vital Signs tool, but can easily be used for Team and Organizational Vital Signs as well as the core model of the 5 drivers is the same.
