Brain Discovery Profile

The Brain Discover Profile makes the link between EQ, talents, and performance.

Uses include:

•Coaching for performance

•Interviewing for selection

•Goal setting for learning plans

This is the third profile of the Brain Profile Toolset. You can see the Brain Style of the person with the Brain Brief Profile, understand his/her talents with the Brain Talent Profile, and go in depth with the Brain Discovery Profile.  The Brain Discovery Profile gives you a concise synthesis of the person’s capabilities.   If you would like to administer the tool, become a SEI Profiler by attending the Brain Profiler Certification (prerequisite is Unlocking EQ).
